Preventing Blood Clots

Blood clots happen to people of all ages both to men as well as women. They happen due to all sorts of reasons one of them being the fact that many people have hereditary predispositions to such conditions. But only because your family has a history of blood clots does not have to mean that you are going to have them as well and that there is nothing you can do about it.

When it comes to preventing blood clots exercise and being on the move is probably the best way to ensure that you are never going to suffer from blood clots. Your lifestyle changes can make a difference between having a blood clot and not having one. For example, if you sit for too long in front of your PC, you might want to get up every hour and take a walk. Even this should already help you, but of course, the more you exercise the better for you and your health.
