Should I become a copywriter?

When I became a blogger and a writer a couple of years ago, I knew a lot less about the job of copywriters than I know today. I was willing to try this particular career path because I knew that I was very likely to succeed in it. When I was still in high school, English was always my favorite class. I also liked my English teacher a lot and she was a huge influence on my life. Also, I spent so many hours writing papers in English back in the day that it was obvious to me that I was going to become a writer one day. I wasn’t sure whether I was going to make money that way, but a few years later I discovered that it is possible to have an income when you are a copywriter.

The job of a copywriter is an interesting one. I am never bored when I write. Also, writing comes easy to me as it is simply something I like to do. I also get to learn many interesting things when I need to write an article. I usually need to conduct a small research first before writing on any topic, but this is never a problem for me. I read a lot in my spare time, which allows me to be a better writer.

I never try to write for too many hours in a row. Breaks are extremely important to me and they help me avoid fatigue resulting from too much work. After writing for 1 or 2 hours straight, I like to take a break by going on a walk or making a cup of coffee in the kitchen. That way my mind has some time to rest before I go back to writing. After every break, I feel refreshed and ready to go back to writing. I also prefer to write articles regularly every day to avoid having too much work on one day.
