Watch What You Eat
I know that when you are young, you are probably in good health and you have a lot of strength to do whatever you want. Even if you eat junk food and drink soda, you might still feel good while you are young. The older you get, the more you will start notice how your health changes. I know that if I started eating junk food only and drink soda all the time, I would have serious health problems. I started watching what I eat a couple of years ago. Soda is no longer on the list of foods I eat nor is junk food. I heard somewhere that it is good to eat raw vegetables in the beginning of each meal. We all eat too much processed food. Our stomachs are too tired digesting foods that is full of preservatives and other harmful substances.
